The Strategic Plan for 2021/2022 has been updated and we have added a Culture Pillar. This is an essential area that has not been clearly articulated as part of the clubs’ plan until now. Below is a summary of the Strategic Plan.  Supporting each pillar is a detailed action plan and we will share details of these actions in future communications.
