Club Constitution 

Our Club Constitution sets out our principles, purpose and rules by which the Club operates. Details for the day-to-day management or procedures by which the principles are implemented are included in our by-laws, regulations or policies.

Procedural or policy matters are not included in the Constitution which includes:

• Disciplinary procedures and rules
• Governance policies 
• HR policies
